Suppliers legitimately differ on polymer versus die-cast aluminium body; insert compound (EPDM versus silicone versus TPE); bail material. A quotation lower than the others usually means one of those levers was moved, not that the margin was thinner.

Mistake 5: Ignoring packing and freight until the invoice

6. Minimum order and lead time understood: 1,000 pcs per size, 15–25 days.
