3. Finish and coating stated: black anneal oxide or hot-dip/electro zinc; lightly oiled for storage.
4. Test evidence agreed: tensile and elongation per lot; loop weld or twist integrity on looped ties; zinc mass per lot (galvanised).
5. Packing priced as a line item: coils on pallets shrink-wrapped; looped ties bundled and boxed per baler model.
6. Minimum order and lead time understood: 1 tonne; looped ties per 10,000 pcs, 12–20 days.
