Knotted or knotless?

Knotless is lighter and cheaper and fine for pigeons. Knotted holds its mesh shape under heavy gull pressure and abrasion on steelwork.

What is the typical minimum order and lead time for anti-bird netting?

The usual minimum is 500 m² standard mesh; made-up panels from 200 m², and repeat specifications run 12–25 days; made-up panels add 5–10 days. First orders with new tooling or custom colours sit at the long end of that range; stock configurations sit at the short end.

How should anti-bird netting be packed for export?

rolls in woven bags; made-up panels folded with the perimeter rope tagged per corner. If your shipment routes through humid climates or long storage, say so in the RFQ — packing upgrades are cheap at the factory and expensive as a claim.

Which quality tests should accompany a anti-bird netting shipment?

At minimum: mesh breaking force per ISO 1806; UV ageing 3000 h with strength retention ≥ 90 %; knot slippage check after load cycling; mesh size audit (pigeon exclusion needs ≤ 50 mm; sparrow ≤ 28 mm). What goes wrong in the field with cheap anti-bird netting?
